We have been so impressed with the accommodations, location, staff, and amenities. The customer service is amazing too. The team at Ridge Rentals went above and beyond to help us make our holiday special. We are very pleased with the last three experiences and we highly recommend to anyone. Terry was amazing and we thank her again for making the Christmas so special for our sons. The extra effort she put in really meant a lot to us.

We absolutely love the Ridge Villas and especially the unit 2412! We are happy we found it and we look forward to many more fun vacations with you again. 2412 is a gem! Its cozy and has the BEST view of the ocean. We especially enjoyed watching the whales jump from our lanai and the stars at night are so beautiful. 2412 is also right by the pool so our young boys loved being steps away from the pool area. Wonderful walks to the beach, Montage and Honolua store as well.

We had several conversations and the team is helpful and cordial. They aim to please. We greatly appreciated the ability to have early check in and late departure to fit our schedule; that is always a big plus given that many of us take red eyes when we leave.

We think that many people would like staying in Kapalua and at the Villas. Kapalua is quiet, well maintained, and feels very safe for walking. We liked that it has light controls so the night sky was not intruded upon. It is convenient to four good beaches -- 10 minute drive or less. The grounds are exceptionally well maintained and the buildings in good repair. We greatly enjoyed that it was not "busy" or with a lot of road noise. The units are spacious and we particularly liked the 1BR, 2 bath arrangement.

Same as above, excellent!!!Unit 1512 was fully stocked with all the necessary items needed for a beach vacation. Unit with a great view was lovely and the bed was extremely comfortable. Kitchen had great set of cookery, dishes, cups and saucers. Appreciated the complimentary coffee, creamer, sugar and spice rack. Location was quiet and within walking distance to Kapalua and Napili Bay. Heated pool was great to use, when ocean conditions were too choppy to enjoy.

The sleeping accommodations were great! I loved that there was a full bath downstairs as well as upstairs. The kitchen had everything that you could need. The property offers a fabulous view of the ocean and is a short walk from the beach. I believe that the unit we stayed in was one of the highest in elevation, which gave us the splendid views! The property was quiet and peaceful - a perfect retreat!

Easy and straightforward

OMG - the views! 270 degrees of paradise, from watching surfers (and kite surfers!) in the breakwater, to the lush hillsides, enjoying drinks on the lanai, and even waking up to this! It was even better than anticipated. The walk down to the beach and boardwalk was easy and convenient. The condo is warm and comfortable and very well equipped, with two full bathrooms, one up and one down. We loved the covered carport, and the available snorkel gear was a plus! Aside from the spectacular view, this was a beautifully appointed property. The two separate vanity bathroom areas were amazing. The closet was so big that we could have moved in for a month! We made full use of the store at the resort, as well as the shave ice and a fantastic restaurant. We really could have done without a car; there was so much within walking distance.

It was very relaxing, quiet, well kept and a team that you can truly tell that they care about the community. There was not a single thing we needed in this unit. First and foremost the condo is in excellent condition. Very well kept and virtually everything we needed in every room. The view was outstanding and your entire property is beautiful.

Condo 1614 was absolutely amazing and we loved every single minute we spent here in the condo. Sunsets were beautiful, bed couldnt be more comfortable and everything that we needed was provided for us. Will definitely be back!

The property was amazing - very peaceful and relaxing. The property was beautifully designed with premium finishes, fixtures and appliances. We loved all of the wonderful design touches and the primary suite was absolute heaven with the best view! Honestly all of the bathrooms were just incredible. A great property to accommodate a bunch of kids (we only have one) so lots of extra space! The primary suite was so spacious and beautiful - especially the incredible shower!! As an interior designer I just loved all of the wonderful details and upgrades! You can tell the owners have been very thoughtful about their selections and have premium taste in the fixtures, finishes and appliances.

The team of Ridge Realty went above and beyond and helped make our vacation the best we have ever had. Every detail was seen to and you can tell they love what they do! The villa was so well stocked and had more than what we needed for our trip. Thank you!

We had the most amazing time! This is by far the best vacation we have ever taken and there are no words to describe the view of this villa. We spent most our time on the lanai, watching sunsets, feeding the birds and just enjoying the trade winds. :) This was truly paradise and my family and I cannot wait to return to this villa next year!

Terry Craven was great. She was so supportive when the tsunami warnings went off at the end of our stay. We really appreciated her expertise and reassurance.

It was wonderful and would love to come back to your property in the future. The condo was in a perfect location and very clean and maintained. It had a great view and very close to the golf courses. Beaches and pool were not crowded.

We liked how uncrowded the area is. Its a very relaxing location. The swimming pool is lovely. We enjoyed the proximity to several beaches/bays within walking distance. We snorkeled with turtles and a variety of fish. The view was spectacular and the condo was spacious and well appointed.

Thank you for a wonderful stay in Maui! I would highly recommend anyone to stay at Kapalua Ridge Villas. The location provides views of Mauis natural beauty. Peaceful and quiet. Close proximity to all activities. Everyone at Ridge Rentals and Kapalua Ridge Villas deserve a big Mahalo for the atmosphere that they create!

I definitely recommend this property, and hope to return soon. Villa is very well stocked, plenty of necessary cleaning items, and toiletries. Proximity of pool. View from lanai. Immediate response to minor repair issues. Covered parking Tips on sources for advance groceries delivered to Villa. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella - very appreciated.

Terry Craven was the best customer service encounter I have had. She was so responsive to getting us a working toaster and blender for smoothies, these immediately arrived at our door. She was also flexible with our late departure to accommodate my daughters surfing injury.
