Maui attracts buyers from around the world, but because of its isolation many buyers don't have a chance to walk into all properties they are interested in purchasing and many transactions are completed sight-unseen. Online open houses target these prospective buyers from thousands of miles away.

How do they work?

Mobile technology allows us to employ live streaming video and text interface on site at a listed property so prospective buyers can get a live view from a property as well as interact live with the listing agent. The combination of pictures, virtual tours and our live online open house give prospective buyers an experience as close to actually being in a property as possible, without actually being there.
